Phase 2: Solar power (25K), building #1 construction (220K total loan amount), green house (large enough to grow enough food to sustain a family of 5) Homestead goals to reach and indoor arena/ work area/ event area
Phase 3: Glamping build out (20K for 8/ 4 person A frame, wood pallet "tents"), green house (65K)
Phase 4: Solar Parking and storage build (25K)
Phase 5: Barn home design and build out (80K)
Phase 6: Warehouse build out for Hauling with TLC Transport Co. (125K)
